I have been working with Hanu Reddy Realty since January 2011, and its been a great experience. The company provides a secure and stable environment, which is very important for me.And the support from the leadership team helped me a lot in my journey. I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
