Nothing . Germans are not aware how they conduct hiring process in India. It’s even worse than hiring servants ( sla ve) in medieval times.

Very toxic company. Kindly don’t spoil your career by applying here. They will take forever to conduct an interview and yet will never be satisfied. Culture of company and behaviour of HR is pathetic. Pls don’t apply and join this company. They will not give you the package that you are at and say demeaning things about your currentcompany. They will not treat you well. Also they will interview you for a certain designation and give you a lower designation during the offering. Salary and incentive structure is extremely poor. Your reporting manager might be a frustrated person who is hiring only to make your life hell or fulfill some sort of sadistic grudge. Be aware! The HR and Senior management thinks that just because Hansgrohe is a popular name in the market so people might be dying to work here. But no , such is not the case. They won’t respect you during interview process and your interviewing manager would be chewing on a pizza slice in front of you sitting in an absurd manner and ask you twisted questions while conducting interview....Read More
