It was a small firm with 50-60 employees. As a fresher you will get lot of learning opportunities, except that you don't find anything positive about the work environment.

Dislikes

I can state lot of dislikes here, Poor management, low company standards, lower pay scale, Cheap mentality of seniors around you, work life balance sucks.
