1) The company has an autocratic style of working. Your manager rules over you and you are his/her slave. 2) There is constant work pressure and you are demanded to work on weekends. 3) Managers will keep delegating the work and will take leaves and chill while you work on the weekend. 4) Employees are not respected much and are reduced to a slave helper working for the company. 5) Managers force you to work faster, as they have a fake deadline from the client.
