Work culture is okk, not much pressure and time bound things.

I worked there for 4 yrs and 7 months, in covid era I admitted in covid center, in that situation also I worked I support as no one willing to take my work load, but when appraisal time come company forget me or my superior not highlight my support at that situation, I wasn't got salary hike but other operation person got. Very verydisappointed for me. I haven't received salary hike for last 2 yrs finally I moved to other job. There is ZERO value to MIS executive in this company and the person who don't have knowledge are on high post, how talent acquisition work in this company is the question....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
