Very rigid policies regarding attendance, It's hard to get approvals for wfh done. Employees are expected to provide supportfrom home on holidays/weekends/leaves whenever critical tasks are there but can't take wfh inscenarios where they have some important task and can't attend office. We do wfh in sickness and take leave rather than applying for it. Never got paid for extra hours of work. Never got any bonuses. Hierarchy isn't really hierarchy, people having more experience are reporting those having significantly less experience. Resourcing is another issue, whenever experience people are required, they would give you newbee, just to cut cost. after 3 months you get to know you trained that newbee with all business knowledge, technical knowledge, management knowledge just him to be discontinued from organization.
