1. Work culture is very strict 2. 4 Hoildays are given for entire year 3. Policy plays important role in this company. If you miss one single point your salary will get deducted 4. You have to follow strick office hours, you can't operate personal phone in office. There is very less freedom 5. Salary hike and joining salary is less.

Hans was my extended family though we had familial atmosphere but professionalism was given utmost importance. All the employees were given equal treatment and were provided scope for the professional as well as personal growth.

Dislikes

The attitude of younger engineers are not very professional which will not take them far in their career.
