Less payscale even if you have ample experience and skills in teaching,very less hikes per year.

Work Details

Teaching becomes exciting when you have ambitious students,but most of the students were from rich background and they join only for the certificate and do timepass..which made the job boring and monotonous.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
