Dislikes

Career development is the main dislike. Because, so far i didnt see managment checking staff ability or staff promotions, Even new arrivals get good position or better salary than old staff who still working hmc. it happened every department.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? The work timings and flexibility for admin staff. There is a lot of work-life balance and you are able to contribute significantly to work because of this. The opportunity to interact with people from diverse nationalities and cultural backgrounds and also sometimes, being included and involved in a lot of clinical environments which is a great learning opportunity.
