No vision on the product Visibility which linked to performance/appraisal review is more dependent on other managers than your managers and it is on realm of few senior leaders. Worklife balance can go into toss when tight deadline for a product as you still have to work on OKRs which I think team can be excluded.

1. Zero job security. 2. Constant work pressure from the upper management to save the job. 3. Ratings are given based on what managers think of you and not based on your performance. So if are in the bad books of your manager, you will be asked to leave sooner or later. 4. Directors talk in a threatening tone all the time as if theyown the place. 5. They have zero regards for the mental health of their employees. 6. There are no benefits apart from insurance. 7. It is very difficult to get promotions here. 8. Non-technical and old folks in the management. 9. Toxic work culture. 10. You can lose your job anytime here. 11. They will take away your mental peace. 12. Your family life will be disturbed. 13. One of the most toxic place in India. There is no job security. They are too aggressive in hiring and then firing the developers. The people in management specially Directors and above are old friends and they play cheap politics to survive. They will make you work like donkey for a lower salary. Nothing. There is nothing to like about this company apart from few good colleagues.

The management and HR are too toxic. They know they are doing wrong, the HRs know that they are doing wrong, the people know everything is wrong, and still no one is doing anything about it. There is a bad culture of blame. Miss a deadline, the management people will come running after you, and you will be on a watchlist. No matter how good you are, you will always be on the watchlist. And if you join now, be ready to get fired anytime. Thank god I was fired and I found a much better opportunity right after my exit. Hybrid model helps to take care of work life balance. If one can properly plan his/her day ahead, there wont be any pressure. Growth is directly linked with performance. Performance is monitored daily basis, monthly catch up with the reporting manager, quarterly reviews. Last two years was really fruitful to me.
