Job security is zero. No sync between copco and halma hr. Poor appraisal and very poor Bonus pay. No transperancy in decision from top management

You are not directly working for Halma, but you are working for a company which is already occupied by Halma. Which is called an operating company. So, you have to keep both the companies happy somewhat.
