As per my experience they are using there employees as a labour (3rd) class.wether the person is manager or cashier either team member ...overall 7500 crore of turnover is converted into useless scenerio ..they are calling to come on job 2-3 days in a week.think can employee will survive in such type of salary.,The behaviour of manager in the outlet varies during covid-19 they think that they will say anthing to employee because of this crisis .....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
