Work life balance is very good, HREL Housing complex is excellent for stay, accommodation facility is good, Medical insurance policy is good, On-job training opportunities are high, seniors & colleagues with good technical expertise used to be cooperative in nature. High quality polymer products are well acceptable in India & abroad. Haldia town is also a near developed town with almost all facilities available. Only medical facility is of little concern. But a Metro city like Kolkata is only 120 Kms away to fulfill medical needs. Subsidized food is available at Canteen but quality needs to be improved....Read More

Dislikes

Compensation is average. Growth is little slow. Appraisal process is not transparent. Performance appreciation doesn't get converted into employee benefit / performance bonus.

Work Details

I was part of interesting & challenging work environment as I used to take care of Rotary & static Inspection of HPL complex as an Inspection Manager. I joined here as a management trainee & had enjoyed working in this company for 9.5 years.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
