This company is only for bengalis not for all indians, outsiders hard to survive during employment period, especially naphtha cracker unit no culture no professionalism mostly Bengali guys doesn't put effort so much even though they are getting high paid and promotion and training outsiders put more effort to survive to getting normal rating Team leader having knowledge but assistant team leader the guy doesn't having knowledge and doesn't know about the process, he always shouted in the control room his attitude is very worst he is an unprofessional Employe company paid waste of money to him better to hire good talented And wide experienced employe wants to work with good team not like them TL not giving opportunity to other team member to learning other areas of the plant those two guys killed 8 employees for their over confidence and lethargic instructions.......Read More

Some people are overloaded, some are underloaded. As a result output gets effected. No successor development planning... As a result career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting as there is no one to teach but one have ample scope for learning if willing to. I got a chance to wearultiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles with in different plant in my career.
