The working culture of haldia petrochemicals is very excellent,work environment is also good.I am very happy to be a part of the haldia petrochemicals.

Dislikes

Employee increment growth is slow.I do receive appreciation emails from my boss but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals.And also there is no on job training for freshers, hence seniors folks like me have to guide them step by step,which is a pain sometimes.

I'm working as a panel engineer with 8hrs work shifting hours.Its nice place to work here.Everyone is so cooperative.

I was looking after total communication system , Avaya's EPABX with 1000 extension, Tyco'sFire Alarm system which includes 4000 sensors, Gaitronics Plant communication system with 400 talk back station.Public Address system with 300 speakers, 26 No. UPS
