This company didn't pay a single compensation when I met with an accident doing the work in the workshop. They played dirty politics and removed me. The management and hr all were included.

Work Details

There is nothing called work and life balance. They even threatened my friend who was terribly affected by COVID at the peak time of COVID 19. Even asked him to work in that condition or to resign even after working for more than 3 years.

Haldex has supported all its employees during this pandamic, it arranged all the necessary saftey arrangments for the employees

Dislikes

In Haldex the supervisors don't try to understand the problems of the juniors, career growth is slow

This companies one rule I like that achieve zero percent per million(0PPM) means to provide zero remarkable product per million.

Dislikes

Mostly seniors are not mixing,always they behaves like dominating operating engineers .

Work Details

Generally speaking I was an operating engineer of machine king-I and king-II (swift hole drilling machine).It produced manual break adujuster.At that time of working I have to look after all problems like availibilities of raw materials,drilling leads etc
