Good working culture and supportive teammates. During lockdown,Organization have resorted work from home policy to keep their employees safe and operations running to a certain extent. Don't cut out in salary.

Nothing is good in here.There management is very poor less salary over work.Engineers are working 12 hours whole year without any OT.

Dislikes

Nothing is good here . Working time,12 hours working whole year,poor management, cheapest canteen quality,more travel time,16 hours lost here

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
