Immense sales pressure that will take a toll on your personal life In addition to monthly and yearly targets, there is sales closing on every Thursday to add to your woes Absolutely no room for thinking outside the box as you will be on your toes to achieve daily committed target regardless of whether you have achieved your monthly targets Too much micromanagement with consistent and daily video conferences that will grill you regardless of your performance Too much attrition which company does not care as new scapegoats will arrive attracted to the compensation Do not expect any help from any department or person in the company unless its part of their KRA , you are left to fend for yourself from day 1 as you struggle with paperwork and documentation, company laptop, attendance portal, dealer visit marking portal etc On top of all this its 6 day working with only a Sunday for you to find time for your personal life, that too forget it if month end is near...Read More
