Excellent products such as MCB, RCB, DB and automation Berker. Highly ethical company and senior Management team. In West region several unethical issues were going on till last year but last year company fired the West RM due to involvement in unethical practices. RM's favourite person who was earlier not able to perform as BM and was demoted to individual role resigned and joined competition. There are still some non performers in Mumbai branch who are slowly resigning as they have understood non performance will not be tolerated.
