Few good points is that , they try to fix things but they fail to do it because none of them can set a process and follow

Likes

The company culture is good, great managers, good perks and benefits are offered, and the leave structure and leave categories are really good. The HR team is great, cooperative and listens to us.

Dislikes

There is rigidity from certain teams, if that rigidity is removed, it would be an awesome place to work. A little concerned about the stability of the company in the current times, but once things pick up, it would be much better place to work.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1.
