Literally nothing, except for the CEO, who is a great guy.

Dislikes

Goons in senior management walk around cursing employees and use a lot of unparliamentary words between themselves. There have been times where few employees joined and quit in less than a week because of the so called culture. Zero job security and there are a lot of people who can vouch for that.

Work Details

There's only work and no life at Habliss (BUUKS). They don't respect weekends or working hours. Stressful and toxic environment.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
