I am working with Habib Rafiq (Pvt.) Ltd from last 41 years. This company is like my family. In all the difficulties of my life I fond the company stading with me for my help. Habib Rafiq is also sporting me in COVID-19 lock down.

Work Details

I am Dy. Manager of mechanical department in this company. My work is supervise the all maintenance & repairing of all king of construction machinery including the fabrication jobs, assembling & desmentling of tower cranes & concrete batching plants also.

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

the company is very good and adopt latest technology and instrument .i am a part of good and professional team .As a result, I get a good knowledge about my profession and my field .

Dislikes

Pay is reasonable ,but promotion is slow .the work pressure is very high,sometimes ,I have to work 12-16 hours straight in a day.there is no job training for fresher .

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in a evening and sometimes late into the night.
