salary is good. They provide good salary but they took your time salary wise.

Dislikes

Nothing is likeable there, and you can't use your mobile in the office. I worked there as a senior accountant but the job became my nightmare after one month. No one is supportive. And bogus culture boss is the only one to take any tiny decision. A single work like invoice and challan which need to take 30 min but due to lack of info rmation its take 3 hours and then TAT arise why how long time takes. No respect to accounts department. I left the company after 2 months when I can't handle this toxic environment and in the mean time I saw more then 50 persons join and resign. The company hold my salary 1 month without any reason think thrice to join this company...Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
