Only salary on Time credited till I worked.

Dislikes

Apart from salary on Time nothing can be satisfied to employee. Over working hours. Less hygiene environment, No team work. Poor Management, No HR policy. & a many more reasons. Not recommended for Professionals..

Good work environment and culture.there is huge cafeteria gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.on the job traning is not given to new joinees.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
