Company is good for freshers who want experience in chemical field and work life balance is great because management understand the situation of employee.

Dislikes

This company does not provide salary growth more than 18k per month for engineers and carrer growth is very poor just u can use this company as a plateform to get experience for freshers.

My job role is to supervise plant workers plannning for maintenance , production and troubleshoot problems occuring during plant production.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
