Hello, It is quite surprising to receive your below comments and it is unfortunate you did not have a good experience. However let me correct you for what you have mentioned . 1 . We have flexi time of 45 mins , Monday to Friday . There are breaks for tea / coffee , lunch and again tea / coffee . 2. Culture is created by people who are working and HR is the one who has the responsibility of the culture . 3. ⁠rules and regulation compliance is very important for the company to be result oriented .

Regarding your comment on policy, please be informed , our policy is very balanced . 1. We have 45 mins flexi time from Monday to Friday . 2. ⁠for employees work life balance we have Saturday and Sunday off. 3. we do have provision of tea / coffee break both in the first half and second half of the day . 4. there is encashable paid leave which very few companies have . 5. there is mediclaim for all employees Discipline is important for every business ,which company expects its employees to follow . If you had a problem with discipline then no company will ideally accept that scenario. Infact , let me inform you this year so far we have had 4 past employees returning back after experiencing working with other companies . Dear concerned, Let me clarify your opinion point wise : 1. No Support - For all new joiners, we make a buddy team with old members so that mentoring can take place. Distribution business is very simple; documents of KRAs & Marketing guidelines are provided in line; customers & product list is allotted; beyond that what more handholding should be expected? 2. Every month new people come & go - the average employment of a sales person in our organization is 2.5 years. Sometimes, it is only a challenge to believe in words of Mumbai based professionals & difficult to understand their aspirations. 3. Vision not clear - our vision is very clear; it may be in your particular case that you are not able to deliver performance as per expectations even after providing KRAs before joining & you agreeing for the same. We are clear with our HR rules, clear with our guidelines well documented; I wonder how many times you took the effort of going through the same. 4. Don't want to improve - Our improvement purely depend on the team. We put our trust & faith in you & provide you employment & if you do not make the most of it & don't contribute, how can we improve? Our improvement depends on sales' team deliverance. 5. Working days - FYI from 1st April'2023, we will become a 5 days working, barring the 5th Saturday as a working day throughout the year.
