I joined this company.. On very first day it was a horrible day for me... I was feeling like i should leave the premises in lunch break only that was for only half n hour strictly. Nobody was aware about who is my lining manager... Only receptionist was nice.... Employees keep on talking over personal calls for hours.... No buddy was given to me on first day.... I was sitting next to where broken chairs were kept and broken chair was given to me to seat. I was not aware where the pantry is! Nobody helped me positively for a single thing except receptionists. We have flexi time of 45 mins , Monday to Friday . There are breaks for tea / coffee , lunch and again tea / coffee . 2. Culture is created by people who are working and HR is the one who has the responsibility of the culture . 3. rules and regulation compliance is very important for the company to be result oriented .
