Compensation is decent ,but growth is very slow. They work pressure is very High . Sometimes, I have to work 14-22 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in evening and sometimes late into the night .

Everyone keeps telling me, "Work for another 2 months, then we’ll evaluate your performance and consider it." This is nothing but office politics. That's why I quit.
