I have been a part of GyFTR since 7 years and the working culture is really exceptional here with cordial staff members and good facilities. Our office/team meetings give new knowledge/ideas everyday. Also, the company has very talented senior managers which will definitely give you lots of learnings to improve your skills in every field you work; for instance, gaining knowledge from Training manager, Team manager, IT Manager, Operation manager etc. The company policies are not that harsh and can be easily managed. The best part is i can save my money while purchasing gift vouchers from GyFTR both as an employee and customer. So, overall, I believe anybody joining the company can expect to grow here both personally as well as professionally....Read More

Very good and fast paced company. Seniors are very helpful and supportive but push you like crazy to bring out the best in you. Over all performance-oriented. I will recommend GyFTR when it comes in giving growth to their employees. Also, I get awesome discounted deals on the GyFTR website with the great offers.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
