The personal growth is good.The company policies are good and very transparent. The appraisals are very good and the percentage of the appraisals are excellent. The teammates are very helpful.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the old employees play a major role in that especially the senior faculty. The management should look into this matter as it is costing them good employees. I quit my job because of the politics. Few of them are very insecure and play a major role.

My overall experience was very good. I got good appraisals and salary hike every year.I learned a lot under my management.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Team members are good but not management i regret why i work with them you never know when they will kick you out
