No work life balance Low pay structure Exploitative culture and practices - tries to maximize costs by getting new trainees onboard . Then asks senior employees to groom them and when the trainees are sufficiently groomed,they ask the senior manager to resign in certain departments. Management process , decision making and if some thing need to update/change authorised person doesn't have the rights to take own decision on the basic levels only G.M and senior credentials have the access.
