I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. If you’re not at architect or above level you won’t get sudden calls from L1 L2 ..etc or so your work life balance is managed. Good team members and supportive leaders. Very less presence in India though but high chances for expansion. Laid back culture 😃

Dislikes

IT teams are not valued because higher management gives less priority to IT dev over business dev. This puts halt on growth and skill development in longer run. Hikes and role advancements are myths. Basically your supervisor should leave so that you can get to that position 😂.
