It was great being part of a historical event, the XPO - GXO spin. The organisation and its values is something one would really like. The pay is decent.
Dislikes
Very poor leadership by the senior leaders. They talk about transparency but if you highlight an issue it takes months for a resolution. They would not even care if the employee's health gets impacted. The HR leadership at the APAC level is horrible. The leadership lacks gratitude especially towards those employees who genuinely worked during the spin off. Very biased, a pathetic culture. Had a dreadful experience working in the last one year.
