We can learn many things technical and non technical. Any concern we can reach to anyone in CXO's level. Not that much strict in all the way.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Organization will not treat all employees as equal. Partiality with everyone. Policy will update based on their situation. Sometimes feels frustrated. Someone who ignore everything apart from learning skills can service in this company.
