I worked on the highway BOT project as an accountant at one of the conglomerates of GVK power, I could say that it's been a wonderful experience, there is job security no doubt but your personal growth would get stacked for some reason.

Dislikes

Doesn't provide appraisals every year, despite having good company profit and turnover. The 45+ age employees ratio is high, therefore, they don't want to work with upgraded technology, just they always keep saving their jobs 😂.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package.
