I don't see anything good that been promised or committed to the employees in a right track. Especially the HR Director Jose 1. Not Friendly nature 2. His response to employees is always sarcastic 3. He intention is to issue Warning Letter if you ask questions 4. Egoistic and Baised HR director ever seen My HRs Venkatesh & MadhuriSingh are the worst, they have manners and very rude at the hiring with Venkatesh and after joining Madhuri Singh This Madhuri associate failed to address our concerns and internal issues, even if you follow up then she will be rude and her response is pathetic. I feel she works with her personal problems & mood strings. Doesn't value employees, no employee engagement activities as well. Lot of colleagues do complaints against her but are worried if she issues any warning letters if we address any concerns or complaint against her for not serving her role properly. HR Director Jose & his associates Venkatesh & Madhuri are no good for company's vision to move ahead. My realtime feedback being with this organisation I request Mr Shashi sir to take action on these 3 people & I have worked in other companies but never come cross these type of HRs. Nothing much I can say it is a company for freshers who always have fun rather work. Salary credits on time.

1. Worst work culture. 2. TL's only support females. 3. Most of the TL's in the organization are not at all qualified for the role. 4. Most disgusting thing is HR team is unfit to solve employee problems. But they are pro at Friday fun. 5. Performer will never recognized in this organization. Non Performers will be enjoying in thecompany till they retire by doing slave jobs to TL, Manager's to secure thier job. 6. The process will be changed instantly whenever they want to fire the employee so there is no fixed policy for the employee and job guarantee all credits goes to GEI HR TEAM (DR. JOSE) head of the HR GEI. 7. No proper incentive plan for the employee to achieve. 8. And there are some teams I really don't understand why they come to the office. 9. Company is really good and is growing big time under the leadership of Top Management. Honestly, my life came back on track after joining here and I spent 4yrs 2 months with this organization. During my stint I enjoyed working here as I was able to manager myself both professionally and personally.

Well, I worked only in 1 process so my comments here are purely based on the same and limited to that process only. There's one idiot working there in the Senior Management who feels that the company is owned by him. A cunning fellow who uses you for his personal merits and then ignores you as if you are a stranger to him. Being in that position he still cannot take a decision and always relies on Stake holders. He works hand in glove with them for his personal growth. I now feel ashamed that I worked with him and he is the only reason for me to leave. Despite numerous complaints against him. the company is still unable to take a decision about his existence. Working with GEI for almost 2 years now the salary and the incentives are good.

Dislikes

Too much of work and sales targets are high. My friends have given interviews for like 6 times now but every time get rejected for silly reasons. Promotion are slow it will take minimum 4-5 years to get a job title change like I’m a student advisor and if I would like to become a senior program consultant it will take 3 years and for TL another 3-4 years so the growth is very slow

I'm not writing anything about the company as I did not work there, but the hiring associate (Tejes) is awful and doesn't even have basic communication etiquette. (Doesn't even have the minimum courtesy to respond to questions) Please hire the hiring team who knows their job and what they are supposed to do. I never had such an awful experience with the HR team/Hiring team. Please send the job invites (email to the job applicants) only if you have requirements. I have waited for one month for some response from the Hiring associate, after continual texts and calls he said he would get back to me but it may take days, weeks, or even months I just need to cross my fingers and wait, which is not fair at all....Read More
