This company gives every post of employees equal attention for their betterment. And each one of their contribution counted for development. I personally worked in various verticals of HR to learn my professionalism and line of work. So those who have mentioned that training is not provided after joining, I want to mention few things, 1) first of all we are not hiring freshers and in every position there are seniors to guide, for assistance, own initiative is required at every place. 2) Those called terrorist organization, one sentence for them..... In my Company people like thieves only have this discourage attitude to mention a terrorist because they better know whose side is heavier in dirty politics to be out from organization, used this idiotic idiom to disrespect where they worked and earned work experience and obviously money(inside economical terrorists , so called, who are out)....Read More

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

HR Section is Very Bad for Other Section. (Behavior Like Lady Don) Don't Join. There are many Problems Like- 2 Month Late Salary Payment, Misbehavior with Other, and management is very Bad. you Can't Stay more than 2 Months.
