The school management only has one work i.e to interfere in personal life of teacher residing near by. Few fellow colleagues continue to spy around young teacher and their family life and forward information to management specially CEO, then the CEO calls the teacher every now and then to find out whatever he has heard is true or false and also humiliate the teacher discussing irrelevant topics.. So, in short the place is unfit for work and the management only encourages those teachers who does everything for them other than teaching. Trust me, have worked there for few sessions....Read More

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
