The school infrastructure is good but the management is not capable to run the school in a smooth manner. The principal & the coordinator they both are the worst person in that school . They always misguide the staff . None of the staff are happy with the working culture. There is no job security . In short u can say it a "Baniya ki Dukan "....Read More

The principal & the co ordinator are not having any previous experience as a principal & co ordinator they never wants the growth of the school. They never gives any opportunities to any of his employee to work for the growth of school.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
