HR policies are hidden & non-transparent. Your Eligibility criteria grade-wise are not clear. For any benefits, we need to do continuous follow-up or else we will not get it. Any approval for benefits & facilities you get from your Line Manager. HR has the final authority to grant it. Working hours may vary from site to site. No overtime.

Salary always on time, All the systems and Procedures are well established within the Company and Implemented most of the time. 80% of the people joining the Company will love it but will not be happy as the time passes because of frequency of Increments and Promotions
