Likes

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company police are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management does,nt address our issues.salary is decent but career groth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years befor wich you cannot resign.

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
