Job Security being it's PSU. Work Culture is also good as colleagues and team mates are friendly. Company policies are also good.

Slow Career Growth, Slow Increment rate in Salary, Promotion issues due to Vacancy based criteria from Manager and above level, Lot of politics. Job profile issues are also there as Seniors not incline to share their cream profile work with juniors.

Company doesn't have or follow the policies in system and HR Admin related work is delayed or non cooperative. So much under influence of politics and buerocracy from job appointments, employee welfare, reward, promotions etc
