Stress-free culture. Lot of self development opportunities. Free community services like swimming pool, free medical services, sports educational institution well placed great living place for family.

Dislikes

Lack of enthusiasm in staff and at senior level a lack of interest to try something new. I mean not new but something that's better and is tried and tested and proven at other places. They don't want any change from what they have been doing.

Work Details

Job guarantee is there but after a while one gets bored of the same routine and if you try to do something good and new there's a lot of resistance from colluges & senior staff because they are fixed into their comfort levels and they don't want to change

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
