I still remember when I started my first job! I was so lucky to get a job in such a great group! I worked upto 1 years feel very comfortable to do my job in shift there is no any furstration no any trouble! All employees enjoy own job!and whole team is very happy! Each every employee are very supportive! Do your job Without any pressure! The management need to complete your own shift only only! Specialy about in hr manegement they provide special support! I remember till yet when I was on my notice period! I used to think if company allow to me to do extra months despite my notice period month! Definitely I do! And one thing special of the gfl group! If you preparing any entrance exam you should to join GFL because! There is lot of time you can save and you can pursue for your exam in free time! Specialy in night shift! If management rehire me definitely I will join without any delay! Specialy thanks to my hod to mr.devendra butte sir he is a legend hod of the utilities department of the whole utilities plant! Management is biased. They try to praise labour unions and never favours what is right. There are three cadres 1) management 2) supervisor 3) non supervisor Management has all benefits, non supervisors get their benefits by labour unions and the supervisor suffer from low increments, sometimes no increments, no overtime pay(lumpsum pay), non AC bus, low quality canteen and food.
