Salary structure is not as per experience & position. Huge difference in salary of freshers,less experienced employee & more experience employee.

According to glassdoor, most employees have good working experience at GFL. Some say that three are exiting opportunities for growth at GFL. Some say that GFL is a good company for a life time job.

Some say.the environment is toxic and abusive. Some say there are internal politics. Som say that dangerous chemicals are used.

More Partiality Shift person not get benifits for all advantages apply by admin for employees,due to manager not aware or not pushing up their employees top,only support their personal personal,like same language person , more preferable language is Marathi

Management is biased. They try to praise labour unions and never favours what is right. There are three cadres 1) management 2) supervisor 3) non supervisor Management has all benefits, non supervisors get their benefits by labour unions and the supervisor suffer from low increments, sometimes no increments, no overtime pay(lumpsum pay), non AC bus, low quality canteen and food.
