Actully. I was fresher when i join the GAEL, right now I am able to prove myself, GAEL. Teach me a lots of thing, give me ablity to survive myself anywhere.

In GAEL, here is some crises between HOD, every one try to make loose Hr. They always see faults in every work, always try to demotivate. These things are dislike.

Working as Hr trainee, Assist to my Manager in his work, co-ordinate interview, Record keeping, Daily report sending like-Absent report, Late coming report, manpower report, Daily OT report,company casual sakary, contract labour salary (manually)etc
