Company has stopped permanent jobs since 2016. All employees who were recruited after 2016 are on contract. Company do not inform you well in advance for contract renewal and ultimately you may not have enough time to search proper job. Also, the contract system can anytime weaponised if any small mistake may have done by you. HR recruit manpower with commitment of contract renewal but the same is not always true for all cases.
