While the old management lasted till oct 2019 it was good there were diversified higher management people from esteemed organizations and they did held up the company for good ...i got promoted as well and well appreciated back then but things started going other way after management change and after they got poor management teams

Basically a indian maru la la company where good efforts were not appreciated and they got berserk over numbers after seeing initial rise in numbers in early days they thought scaling in multiples of 100 was possible everytime..Under leadership of Sanjiv Goenka it was going good but when his son shashwat took over it was all bizarreas when you are born with a golden spoon and have no idea how to run a business and how dynamics work then this is bound to happen...they dont have patience ..atleast now after a bad phase company is still in its sense in promoting namkeen and getting back on feet ...back then they were just shutting down territories left and right even without thinking....Read More
