Guidewire previously allowed every one to work remotely, but now it is requesting employees, to return to office, especially, relocating to Bangalore branch. This change could significantly increase expenses for many and may not be comfortable or feasible for all employees from Chennai branch. Basic salary is a bit lacking but the India team has just started shaping up and the career growth trajectory looks promising as there is good training program with the job.
