Very worst not friendly atmosphere. Micromanaging newly joined employees. Talk behind. Managers and team lead only protect their jobs and try to make me as victim at workplace even though I try my best at work.

They not even allow me to go out. Other state people's treat like suits no one question them. All team members under manger control. Who joined as new will make him as victim treat him like hell especially Assistant manager ( he don't have enough skill to become AM). Who ever I talk near person. He will go and passed to lead and manager. Next tl and manager call for meeting and play what I said. Narcissist people. Who decide to join this office my advice don't join. If you join please prefer own state second not talk to anyone who seat near to you. Third don't open your mouth else you will be victimisation.
